Custom orders, such as fabric display systems or designs requiring additional production, may take 5-7 business days to process.

Standard Delivery: Charges vary depending on weight and location (calculated at checkout).

Free Delivery: Available for orders in the Klang Valley during promotional periods or for bulk orders exceeding a certain value. Contact us for bulk order discounts and shipping details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your parcel directly on our delivery partner’s platform.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient's unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost.
Custom Products: Custom-designed items (e.g., wind flags, banners, and backdrops) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Return Process
Contact Us: Notify us via email at support@octaprint.my or WhatsApp at 011-5686-8499 with your order details, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
Approval: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
Shipping:
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, OctaPrint will bear the return shipping costs.
For other eligible returns, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refund/Replacement:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements will be dispatched within 5 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products (unless defective or incorrect).
Items returned without prior approval.
